मैं न जानु कि कौन हु मैं

Posted by No Filter Post on 21:42 with No comments

Posted by No Filter Post on 04:21 with No comments

a nice tip

The Professor began his class by holding up a glass with some water in it. He held it up for all to see & asked the students "How much do you think this glass weighs?"
'50gms!'….. '100gms!' …..'125gms' …the students answered.
"I really don't know unless I weigh it," said the professor, "but, my question is:
What would happen if I held it up like this for a few minutes?"
'Nothing' …the students said.
'Ok what would happen if I held it up like this for an hour?' the professor asked.
'Your arm would begin to ache' said one of the student
"You're right, now what would happen if I held it for a day?"
"Your arm could go numb; you might have severe muscle stress & paralysis & have to go to hospital for sure!"
… Ventured another student & all the students laughed
"Very good.
But during all this, did the weight of the glass change?" Asked the professor.
'No'.. Was the answer.
"Then what caused the arm ache & the muscle stress?"
The students were puzzled.
"What should I do now to come out of pain?" asked professor again.
"Put the glass down!" said one of the students
"Exactly!" said the professor.
Life's problems are something like this.
Hold it for a few minutes in your head & they seem OK.
Think of them for a long time & they begin to ache.
Hold it even longer & they begin to paralyze you. You will not be able to do anything.
It's important to think of the challenges or problems in your life, But EVEN MORE IMPORTANT is to 'PUT THEM DOWN' at the end of every day before you go to sleep…
That way, you are not stressed, you wake up every day fresh &strong & can handle any issue, any challenge that comes your way!

So, when you start your day today, Remember to 'PUT THE GLASS DOWN TODAY!

santa's interview with a man who keep the record of maximum likes on his profile pic and trying to break his own record.

santa : Sir, Thank you for finding time to talk me.
Cool Dude(His facebook name): I like it.
santa : Sir, tell me what is secrete behind your success on facebook.
CD : Every1 loves me, u can see the number of likes on my profile pic.
santa : Do you have any strategy to get maximum likes on any pic.
CD : Yeah, Its not an easy work, u have to plan and work accordingly.
santa : Like ?
CD : Ohh!! you liked it. thanq thanq.
santa : No..no sir, means you talked about plan, strategy?
CD : kk, actually it depends upon many things.
1. The timing of uploading the pic. If u upload it in weekend, u will get more likes, comments as most of the people remain online at that time.
2. The place you have taken the pic : you can take pics on some costly coffee shop(except CCD, its common),  if you are a girl then u have a lot of other options like take a teddy bear and get a pic on bed with that.

santa : Ok, so only posting pics is enough or is there any other thing?
CD : No no, Real works start after that, like -
1. Tag your friends by asking how is this pic?
2. Say thank you to all individually  who liked and comment.
3. you have to comment or like your own pic on every 2nd day to make it appear on everyone news feed, even if No new comment has come.
4. For this purpose you can use these kind of comment " Thank you everyone once again", "Missing those golden days".
5.  Even if you have all the pic ready, dont push it in an album at same time.. better put one pic in every week, it will keep your album running on everyone's Time-line.
6. You can also use this option " Make it your profile pic" from time to time.
7. And don't forget to use photo-shop software before posting it.

santa: Sir your status are good, when you write, it looks like a hero of Yash Raj films describing love or writing a love poem.
CD: Very easy man and only one thing you have to do.
   1. Go on twitter as very less ppl from your friend list do twitter(or from google search), Copy-Paste.
   2. When someone praise u like "kya baat bola yaar", "100% correct", u have to claim that all status are coming from ur personal experience.
   3. You can also choose to argue on someone else thought which you have copy pasted.

santa: Is there any specific status which can fetch you maximum likes.
CD: Yeah, don't forget to update when and where you got the job, when you gets your first salary, 2nd salary, foreign trips, promotion news..these updates will gets you the maximum number of likes, even more than any girl's status.
santa : Thank you sir, for this awesome interview, i like your name too.
CD : I like it.

HaPpY Holi

Posted by No Filter Post on 20:43 with No comments

I think Holi is the most beautiful and socially significant of all festivals in our religion.

Most of the other festivals are family-friends get together and involves certain rituals. People are all decked up in the best of attires, everyone showsoff, a lot of comparison happens and in the process people end up developing complexities of various kinds. There is hardly any one to one involvement and most often an expensive affair.

But when it comes to personal participation and involvement, i think Holi scores over all the other festivals. Firstly its an economic festival. You don't need new clothes and make up on you. All you need is 2 packs of colors and a bucket of water and you can get happily involved in the celebration. Secondly, it is the only festival which helps a person lose his ego; at least temporarily. What ego will you have when you are painted dark purple and blue and no one is able to recognize you. That 'I' ness is immediately lost in most of the people. That is why we can see that people involved in the celebration always break into a dance, no matter how good or bad they dance, but they dance. It is temporary freedom and loss of ego.

While most of the other festivals end up in pomp and boisterous showoffs, Holi works the other way round. Unfortunately, the spirit of the festival has been intruded into by hooligans and anti-social elements. Eve teasing, molestation, use of chemicals and acids and other dirty substances has instilled fear in the minds of simple people who would like to venture out and enjoy Holi.

so enjoy the holi may god bless you all .

Happy Holi to all Indians and to specially my friends
Bhaiyon Holi ke rango mein khoob rangna aur masti karna. I hope this Holi brings lot
of colors in each and everybody's life. I wish I was at home to celebrate Holi with
my loved ones. I miss the grand celebration.

Passed week was so busy done a lot things , got the chances to attempt few interviews this week , met new peoples some of them were really wonderful. i have not written anything from few days so want to write today but when i start writing then my thinking power is not complementing me , else many time it gives many things. In the last days searched a lot about history on google and got some really cool information about past that are good for me .  Few days back watched dr zakir naik at very first attempt it seems he is talking right huhu but at last i realized pt. ravishankar prasad have said right he have only memorized glossery and nothing . And while searching on internet i got to chance to know about bhavishya puran , i don't take it so much seriously but if it is written before 5000 years then it is really great thing. so feeling proud to being Hindu  i love this country.
Due to spending time in these thing my study was affected a little bit but yes in last week i found some good eBooks related to web development . last week i got the offer from wegliant and i really liked the working field of weglient but they wanted a candidate to join immediately and i need 10 days to leave my current one , so finally lost the opportunity , but it happens its part game overall it given me confidence.
i have increased to using twitter and forgotted then fb , changes is going on afterall these are the symptoms of success.

The Idea of Modi

Posted by No Filter Post on 06:56 with No comments

COPIED from realitycheck
The Gujarat CM Mr Narendra Modi gave a 2 hour speech at the India Today Conclave on Mar 16 2013. It offered a rare glimpse into the political philosophy of the man. Here is my take on where he stands with respect to the various democratic institutions that are in place.
To start you would have noticed the repetitive use of the following phrase :
Pic Credit : India Today
Pic Credit : India Today

“Kya ye hum nahi kar sakthey!”

In English this translates to “Can we not do this”.  I have marked the word “kar” (action)  in red because that is the operative word here.  How many of us get that funny feeling in the stomach when we travel overseas to countries like Singapore, Korea ?.  You see the order, visible, touchable development outside and the pride of the cab driver inside and go ‘This isnt fair, Why cant we pull this off. Certainly these folks arent that much smarter?”.   The funny feeling – which can be described as a mix of shame and guilt – stays with you for a while. Whatever your individiual achievements are,  you feel small and worthless because your country is mired in third world filth and all you hear is some mumbo jumbo about why we deserve to be in this state.  It is like wandering into a glamorous party when your mom is sick. Some get sloshed at the open bar and put the thought out of their minds. Some get out of the party, take mom to the hospital, get her treated, then come back. The idea is not to withdraw into a shell.  It is to come back to the party next year and rock the hell out of it – this time free of guilt and shame.
I sensed this with Modi.
He is unable to accept that India cannot do things that others like Korea have demonstrated can be done.  If you put this on top of everything else, the rest of Modi’s approach falls into place.

Utilitarianism in disguise ?

Will Modi pursue an exit out of third world by throwing human rights under the tyres? This is a common fear that might be drummed up by the media in the coming days.  I dont think there is any evidence to that effect. I dont think that would work in India either. The inherent resistance to centralized oppression in India is too strong. What is likely however is that he will not entertain group demands for consensus before works are taken up.  In other words, no group can have a veto because their arguments for a guaranteed minimum pro-rata share are simply not heard.  In that sense he is certainly a utilitarian. He even said in his speech that his government is legitimate as long as it provides goods. The 10-minute video at the start that had no mention of any hyphenated-identity group is his certificate of legitimacy.  Such a person is very senstive to HDI numbers as his entire philosophy rests on this belief -  develop and welfare will come.  When figures of malnutrition, even if they are lagging indicators are put before him – he sits up and takes notice.  He isnt trying to impress the glitterati assembled in the Conclave ballroom – but if evidence is tumbling out that welfare doesnt follow such visible development, it scares him. It invalidates in one shot his deepest convictions.  In this case, his state reacted by investing Rs 2000 Cr in 1yr to address this.  Even if you consider him a utilitarian, his model of social welfare is far superior to the  current one. You pursue production first, then if some specific indicator lags you isolate and hit that with a vengeance. Then on to the next indicator. This is far better than front loading programs like NREGA with an outlay of $40B without telling us what it is you are trying to solve.

Special protections & law

Someone asked Mr Modi what place special protection for minorities had in his scheme of things. His reply was “no protection for anyone”.  I suspect what he meant was he was for equal protection not special protection.  He is a rare politician that gets the  “majority rule with minority rights ” concept right in its original sense. It is the cornerstone of democracy but not in terms of religion or some other identity. What is means is the winners at the election cannot rape and loot the losers. So the losers - belonging to any group - can always rely on protections that are immune to the machinations of the transient majority.  This simple concept is perverted in the Indian scenario by our intellectuals. He also counts on traditional restraint and commonsense found in Indian society to power his agenda rather than seek approval of specific constitutonal provisions.  So he is unlikely to be a constitutionalist in the sense that some right leaning folks will expect.
His dig on the endless parade of “Right to XYZ Act” hit the right spot with me. He says that these rights are inherent and covered in some general sense in the constitution. They do not need to be encoded as a positive right because what is needed is “Action” and not “Acts“. This is a huge paradigm shift from the Congress which views positive rights, even samaritan rights, where one group has justiciable claims against another,  as something that is desirable.  For Modi, positive rights merely result in huge costs, endless litigation,  moral dillemmas, leading to a general sapping of energy. Not worth a price to pay for things like education, information, food, shelter which can be provided for simply by acting upon it. I think a fall back to the basic principles of law, sometimes mockingly called by Indian liberals as ‘first principles style’ is much needed. We need to step away from  the current trend to challenge at the drop of a hat –  ’Lets take it to the Supreme Court’.

Private business

Mr Modi might well be the only politician in India to propose that private players be allowed access to railroads.  He comes across as an idea-man who has on multiple occassions approached the PM and Planning Commission for schemes such as solar parks along the border to compost dumps.  His idea of letting private trains run has to be singled out for special mention.  The current UPA mentality is to tom-tom marginal  improvements to Tatkal, which is merely a way to contain the impact of a pervasive socialist shortage  Things have gotten so bad that if you say during normal interaction that you arrived by train, people look at you with awe and admiration.  People might scoff at the simple idea of pilgrimage trains, but I think there is a massive potential there for national integration.

Communal violence

I think the participants squandered a great opportunity to get his views on communal riots vs development.  Instead of an in-your-face adversarial approach, they should have nudged him to articulate his vision on the matter.  It is evident that in the face of tangible  development Gujarat has managed not only to be riot free for the past decade but even caste flare-up like Dharmapuri or Maharashtra any of the innumerable caste riots have been absent.  The basic idea is if you empower folks with real skills, as he outlined in his earlier SRCC speech, and put them on a positive spiral then the incentive to breakout in violence at the drop of hat is absent. Everyone’s mind is a occupied about how to scale up to the next level as they believe in the PROJECT not because of some numbers measured by Indian Statistical Institute but because they can see and touch for themselves what growth means for them. The UPA is moving in the opposite direction by moving its attention of skilling and into a minefield where values are substituting real skills.   Lessons have to be learnt from Korea who shown the way of creating a knowledge based society.  It means hard work and stressful exams, so sorry to say that.
In conclusion, even if you were a believer in the redistributive model and assertion of hyphenated identity rights –  you need to stop and take a hard look at Modi.  We need to first pull ourselves out of abject poverty and third world squalour so that these liberal models of development make sense.
I believe Modi is the man to do it.

Cloud Computing

Posted by No Filter Post on 20:35 with 1 comment
'Cloud Computing' is a somewhat nebulous term to describe users 'renting' or borrowing online software software instead of actually purchasing and installing it on their own computers. It is the same business model as people using Gmail or Yahoo mail services, except that cloud computing goes much further and includes daily computing activities. Cloud computing is where entire businesses and hundreds of employees will run their computer tools as online rented products. All of the processing work and file saving will be done 'in the cloud' of the Internet, and the users will plug into that cloud every day to do their computer work.

Cloud computing involves three major premises:

  1. Online File Storage (i.e. private online cyberlockers)
  2. Software as a Service ( "Saas" or "SaS")
  3. Platform as a Service "PaaS" or "PaS")

Online File Storage has been around for many years, but is now becoming very widespread as hard drive space now costs less than a dollar per gigabyte. Google Docs, Microsoft Skydrive, Dropbox, Asus Cloud Storage, and many hundreds of providers now offer free or low-cost online storage for users.

Software and Platform as a Service describe the business model of users logging into a centralized hub to access their software products. Users open their files and software only while online, using only their web browser and passwords. It is similar to the idea of mainframe terminals, but cloud computing involves a much larger "cloud" (network) of processing computers at the center.

SaaS/Cloud Example 1: instead of selling you a copy of Microsoft Word for $300, a cloud computing model would "rent" word processing software to you through the Internet for perhaps 5 dollars a month. You would not install any special software, nor would you be confined to your home machine to use this rented online product. You simply use your modern web browser to login from any web-enabled computer, and you can access your word processing documents in the same way that you would access your Gmail.

SaaS/Cloud Example 2: your small car sales business would not spend thousands of dollars on a sales database. Instead, the company owners would "rent" access to a sophisticated online sales database, and all the car salesmen would access that information through their web-enabled computers or handhelds.

SaaS/Cloud Example 3: you decide to start a health club in your hometown, and need computer tools for your receptionist, financial controller, 4 salespeople, 2 membership coordinators, and 3 personal trainers. But you do not want the headaches nor the cost of paying part-time IT staff to build and support those computer tools. Instead, you give all your health club staff access to the cloud of the Internet, and rent their office software online, which will be stored and supported somewhere in Arizona. You will not need any regular IT support staff then; you will just need occasional contract support to ensure that your hardware is maintained.

The Benefits of SaaS/Cloud Computing:

The primary benefit of cloud computing is reduced cost for everyone involved. Software vendors do not have to spend thousands of hours supporting users over the phone... they would simply maintain and repair a single central copy of the product online. Conversely, users wouldn't have to shell out the large up-front costs of fully purchasing word processing, spreadsheet, or other end user products. Users would instead pay nominal rental fees to access the large cntral copy.

The Downsides of Cloud Computing:

The risk of cloud computing is that the users must place a high level of trust into the online software vendors that they will not disrupt the service. In a way, the software vendor holds its customers "hostage" because all of their documentation and productivity is now in the vendor's hands. Security and protection of the file privacy becomes even more necessary, as the massive Internet is now part of the business network.

When a 600-employee business switches to cloud computing, they must choose their software vendor carefully. There will be dramatically-reduced administration cost to use cloud computing software. But there will be an increase in the risks of service disruption, connectivity, and online security.

 Purani jeans aur guitar
Mohalle ki vo chhat
Aur mere yaar
Vo raaton ko jaagna

Vo cigaretee peena
Gali mein jaake
Wo karna daanton ko
Ghadi ghadi saaf

Pahunchna college hamesha late

Vo kehna sir ka
"Get out from the class!"
Vo bahar jaake hamsha kehna
Yahan ka system
Hi hai kharaab
Vo jaake canteen mein
Table bajaake
Vo gaane gaana
Yaaron ke saath

Bas yaadein
Yaadein
Yaadein reh jaati hain
Kuchh chhoti
Chhoti
Baatein reh jaati hain
Bas yaadein..

Vo papa ka daantna

Vo kehna mummy ka
Chhodein ji aap
Tumhein to bas nazar aata hain
Jahan mein beta
Mera hi kharaab
Vo dil mein sochna
Kar ke kuchh dikha dein
Vo karna planning
Roz nayi yaar

Ladakpan ka vo pehla pyaar

Vo likhna haathon pe

Vo khidki se jhaankna
Vo likhna letter
Unhein baar baar
Vo dena tofe mein
Sone ki baaliyan
Vo lena doston se
Paise udhaar

Bas yaadein

Yaadein reh jaati hain
Kuchh chhoti

I have always realized government and government employee are just useless, they are made to help people but they always create trouble . I hate this word government nonsense peoples. the whole system is worst , everyone work after getting some bribe and everyone knows about it if you are ready to give bribe then you can do anything but if you are not nobody cares you and you can't do anything .
The very popular theory is doing a crime is bad but tolerating crime is baddest , but for a common man how it is possible if he refuse to give bribe or starts opposing something then they will punish him because they have power and in this case who will help him no one ... so what if you can afford to give bribe then give else don't see any dream.
I have seen on Facebook their are number of pages who talks about society , country, charity for what only for like and comment and after that when they got enough likes on that feels proud and also feel like only they are right. most funny thing i have seen that  many page admin have uploaded image of india and pakistan flags and written as like for india comment for pakistan hehehe now they will decide by his likes and comment which country is better totally sick . yes at the very beginning you could find it great but it is actually  silliness . but this is shortcut for popularity and i'm not opposing it but after doing such stuff they should not called himself a true patriot because thy are just using his nation for popularity thats it .
I want to say everyone only thinks about himself only but some shows it and some don't . my concept is for me I am the most important and nothing else is important .
