why this ,,,,, every time I realize something and takes decision to do it but unfortunate failed to do ..  it happens all time ...Once I decided to do  something  and for that I made plans also but unable to execute that properly failure its annoying , why it happens with me all time even i know this is not good but what. actually initiation of new thing is always tough it is always challenging ....and presently i don't feel my goal is tough for me it quite easier but i have to make a plan and checkpoints. yes presently their is an unavailability of resources also and have to arrange resources as soon as possible because i don't have time to waste ...i have done a big mistake but what to do i can't rollback now ,, so far i have determined that my one quality is that i always hesitate to solicit anything,,, even i always hesitated in making demand to my father ,,, but yes one thing for what i'm always thankful to god that papa have always supported me very much and given all thing to me .. today what i am this is only because of him ...he given me all whatever i have demanded .   Hey god give me  ability to work hard and fulfill all dreams of me and my family.

Sunday a day of rest it was nice enjoyed the batting of India cricket team specially M.S.Dhoni's batting amazing inning played by him he proved that he is good as caption and batsman... but i think he is doing that from long time but nobody can stop critics it is their job but for today they are jobless they have to find someone else hehehe.
Whenever i have tried to be over smart i always lost something and became sad , but  i have read this on various article people learns from his mistake so i find it cool so i'm learning from my mistake but somewhere i have also read that if you are thinking that you will learn from you own mistakes then this world is not for you , to stand in this modern world you have to learn from others mistakes too. OK i'm trying for all but frankly speaking i thing i have not got the chance to prove myself yet , but people says don't wait go and get it nothing is impossible , yes absolutely right everything is possible  but there is need to make efforts for that . now my goal is very clear i can see my future but have to work hard .. if others can do then why can't I and even i am special i deserve success i will work hard. OK  i think its for me lets talk about society.
I always wonder how people overreact on something peoples goes to temple for pray but i think they don't have any respect to the god  actually they really don't believe in god ... if you are regular visitor of mandir and you always use to do worship then you should also follow the basing things of religions but i have always seen people only follow the bad thing they don't have the time to look at good thing.  most of the people who are very strict in doing pray, fast they don't have right understanding of god or religion .. yes sometime i also thought like that , sometime i'm also biased on the stand of religion because i like my religion Hinduism too much. sometime before i have also thought like this, prophet muhamad, jesus and other founders of various religions were bad because they are the reason by which we today are divided in various religion . but latter i realized i was wrong they have always taught to us behave like human how to live with peace but we humans made that brand and used that for our personal profit and badly. I have a plan in upcoming days i will read all religious books to clear my concepts i will start it from Gita as i have never read that and this is for Hinduism so start should be from this one  and i will try to read bible and kuran also if i can then it would be great.
i have always adviced from my close buddies that be practical but i can't i am what i am sometime i also confused in this who i am what is my actual qualities truly i'm unable to define myself... heehe these lines remind me the interviews and resumes , in interviews interviewer always ask for introduce yourself we have to use the some solid words bla bla bla i think their is no need to mention everyone uses those words ..i also use this because i don't have any other option .
this all thing is rule of society and we have no option sometime we have to follow it . this world only care about presentation what you actually are doesn't matter.

10 Windows 7 commands every administrator should know

Posted by No Filter Post on 22:19 with No comments

By

December 27, 2012, 12:00T AM PS

Takeaway: The command line is often the best place to resolve Windows 7 desktop problems. These basic commands will help speed your troubleshooting tasks.

Holiday rerun: An oldie-but-a-goodie, these command-line basics topped the list of popular troubleshooter posts last year.
PC troubleshooting is becoming less common in larger organizations, but consultants and techs in smaller shops still have to get their hands dirty identifying and fixing desktop problems. Oftentimes, troubleshooting Windows 7 means delving into the command line. Here are 10 fundamental Windows 7 commands you might find helpful.

1: System File Checker

Malicious software will often attempt to replace core system files with modified versions in an effort to take control of the system. The System File Checker can be used to verify the integrity of the Windows system files. If any of the files are found to be missing or corrupt, they will be replaced. You can run the System File Checker by using this command:
sfc /scannow

2: File Signature Verification

One way to verify the integrity of a system is to make sure that all the system files are digitally signed. You can accomplish this with the File Signature Verification tool. This tool is launched from the command line but uses a GUI interface. It will tell you which system files are signed and which aren’t. As a rule, all the system files should be digitally signed, although some hardware vendors don’t sign driver files. The command used to launch the File Signature Verification tool is:
sigverif

3: Driverquery

Incorrect device drivers can lead to any number of system problems. If you want to see which drivers are installed on a Windows 7 system, you can do so by running the driverquery tool. This simple command-line tool provides information about each driver that is being used. The command is:
driverquery
If you need a bit more information, you can append the -v switch. Another option is to append the -si switch, which causes the tool to display signature information for the drivers. Here’s how they look:
driverquery -v
driverquery -si

4: Nslookup

The nslookup tool can help you to verify that DNS name resolution is working correctly. When you run nslookup against a host name, the tool will show you how the name was resolved, as well as which DNS server was used during the lookup. This tool can be extremely helpful when troubleshooting problems related to legacy DNS records that still exist but that are no longer correct.
To use this tool, just enter the nslookup command, followed by the name of the host you want to resolve. For example:
nslookup dc1.contoso.com

5: Ping

Ping is probably the simplest of all diagnostic commands. It’s used to verify basic TCP/IP connectivity to a network host. To use it, simply enter the command, followed by the name or IP address of the host you want to test. For example:
ping 192.168.1.1
Keep in mind that this command will work only if Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) traffic is allowed to pass between the two machines. If at any point a firewall is blocking ICMP traffic, the ping will fail.

6: Pathping

Ping does a good job of telling you whether two machines can communicate with one another over TCP/IP, but if a ping does fail, you won’t receive any information regarding the nature of the failure. This is where the pathping utility comes in.
Pathping is designed for environments in which one or more routers exist between hosts. It sends a series of packets to each router that’s in the path to the destination host in an effort to determine whether the router is performing slowly or dropping packets. At its simplest, the syntax for pathping is identical to that of the ping command (although there are some optional switches you can use). The command looks like this:
pathping 192.168.1.1

7: Ipconfig

The ipconfig command is used to view or modify a computer’s IP addresses. For example, if you wanted to view a Windows 7 system’s full IP configuration, you could use the following command:
ipconfig /all
Assuming that the system has acquired its IP address from a DHCP server, you can use the ipconfig command to release and then renew the IP address. Doing so involves using the following commands:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
Another handy thing you can do with ipconfig is flush the DNS resolver cache. This can be helpful when a system is resolving DNS addresses incorrectly. You can flush the DNS cache by using this command:
ipconfig /flushdns

8: Repair-bde

If a drive that is encrypted with BitLocker has problems, you can sometimes recover the data using a utility called repair-bde. To use this command, you will need a destination drive to which the recovered data can be written, as well as your BitLocker recovery key or recovery password. The basic syntax for this command is:
repair-bde <source> <destination> -rk | rp <source>
You must specify the source drive, the destination drive, and either the rk (recovery key) or the rp (recovery password) switch, along with the path to the recovery key or the recovery password. Here are two examples of how to use this utility:
repair-bde c: d: -rk e:\recovery.bek
repair-bde c: d: -rp 111111-111111-111111-111111-111111-111111

9: Tasklist

The tasklist command is designed to provide information about the tasks that are running on a Windows 7 system. At its most basic, you can enter the following command:
tasklist
The tasklist command has numerous optional switches, but there are a couple I want to mention. One is the -m switch, which causes tasklist to display all the DLL modules associated with a task. The other is the -svc switch, which lists the services that support each task. Here’s how they look:
tasklist -m
tasklist -svc

10: Taskkill

The taskkill command terminates a task, either by name (which is referred to as the image name) or by process ID. The syntax for this command is simple. You must follow the taskkill command with -pid (process ID) or -im (image name) and the name or process ID of the task that you want to terminate. Here are two examples of how this command works:
taskkill -pid 4104
taskkill -im iexplore.exe copied from techrepulic.com

Web development help

Posted by No Filter Post on 02:35 with 1 comment
When i started learning web technologies firstly i used w3schools.com , at first time when i used it then it seems wonderful a lecture wise content, well organised but very soon i got the information of w3fools.com .I visited this website and i saw the content i was completely awkward of what I was doing on the w3schools they are just making us fool about web development .
I am very thankful to w3fools where i got to know about some useful websites to learn as:
You should learn from (and recommend) these more reputable sources:
    • WebPlatform.org is an open community of developers building resources for a better web, regardless of brand, browser or platform.
    • Opera Web Standards Curriculum covers the basics of web standards-based design in HTML and CSS.
    • Google's HTML, CSS, and Javascript from the Ground Up presents the basics of web development with video tutorials presented by Google's expert web developers.
    • SitePoint is a pretty good reference for HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Their documentation always mentions feature support across different browsers, and describes known browser bugs.
    • The W3C, itself, has a wiki-based general Learn page as well as an HTML element reference.
    • The MDN (Mozilla's Developer Network) takes over at intermediate CSS and covers JavaScript better than anyone.
The MDN is also a wiki (little known fact), which means we, as knowledgeable web developers, can add or change information so the pages are as effective and comprehensive as possible.

What can i do to develop India?

Posted by No Filter Post on 22:17 with No comments
1. Teach your son(and all male kids that you have an influence over) to respect women.
2. Vote.     A large majority of India's urban youth are disillusioned with politics and don't vote. If you want a change be the harbinger of that change. Don't just sit at home and complain.
3. Read the newspaper(a real one, like the Hindu maybe). Keep abreast with the news.
4. Stop watching only cricket and try out something else. There are thousands of athletes out there in India playing their hearts out hoping someone would notice them.
5. Stop taking things for granted. You deserve better from the government you voted to power. It is your duty to point out the things you want changed.
6. Don't pay bribes.  Next time somebody asks you for a bribe don't pay it, however much inconvenience it is going to cause.
7. Switch off all electrical appliances before you leave the house.
8. Control your road rage. Don't honk too much on the roads.
9. Let your kids choose their lives careers and life partners. They don't owe you anything.
10. Tolerate all religions. Stop believing in the caste system.
11. Spend more money. Go on more holidays. You will be a happier person and you will help the economy grow.
12. Do something physical. Indians are notorious for being inactive. Go out, play, jump off an airplane, scuba dive. Do anything.
13. Stop peeing anywhere and everywhere.the next generation is watching and learning(my answer is for both men and women, so I'm keeping this. ).
14. Pay your taxes on time.
15. Teach the less privileged. Join an NGO that teaches kids, elders or anybody without access to schools. That is much more beneficial than droppings cheque to satisfy your conscience.
16. Keep your roads clean, dispose your garbage properly, stop spitting on the roads.

There are a hundred other things I've not mentioned. But ultimately unless you are a politici

language of india

Posted by No Filter Post on 07:46 with No comments
It is taken from yahoo answer and written by username Ravi

Good Question I am not a native Hindi speaker but thought on this alot that why hindi is said our national language. its the same question faced by our freedom fighters when our country getting Independence that what should be the national language of India or do we really need a national language. They got 2 choose First English which is already being used 2nd Hindi which is already spoken by large number of Indians.

Now lets understand why a national language is Important.A national language is required to conduct business/official works and make communication possible between different parts of country so that they feel united under one flag.

This thing is possible by both making Hindi or either English national language. But again why Hindi was chosen by our freedom fighters not English because Hindi is a Indian language its the Identity of our country like if I say to a foreigner that English is my national language it doesn't represent me any Identity and I will not feel any proud or confidence but on the same hand if I say We have many languages in my country but Hindi is our national language it brings lots of proud and confidence inside me because on foreign land we are Indians not Tamil not Gujarati etc. Every develop nation of the world use its own language as national language like Russian having 27 co-official language there are lots of develop countries but only 4 of them have English as national language.

A wise country always give importance to their own language own culture because they are confident in there own not like India Pakistan Bangladesh Zimbabwe etc.Because until you not feel proud and confidence into in your own thing you can't be develop because for development confidence and proud required which never comes in a foreign thing. We will always remain copycat of USA Britain etc. Therefore We need a national language so that we can have our own identity confidence and proud and that should be Indian no matter it can be Tamil Gujarati if Tamil declared national language I will start learning it next day . But Hindi get preference because its already spoken by more than half Indians and many can understand it.So with a little effort rest of Indian can learn it .We are teaching English from 65 years in our schools but not more then 20 percent peoples able to use it but just because of Bollywood and little support Hindi is making it roads to all parts of country so if its given full support then it became national language in few time.

Hindi is not a foreign language its a standard version of Kheriboli which evolve form Sanskrit by Prakrit spoken primary spoken in New Delhi and west UP. It have take some loan words form Arabic and Persian but its how a language evolve Arabic is also taking word from Hindi now as many Indians live in Arab nations.Even English use may foreign words even use many Arabic words like Table alcohol magazine camel etc that doesn't make it Arabic.

And I request you please do a Hunger strike atleast this matter comes into light and peoples will start debate on it because its very Important for the future of our country and our languages.

I know its little long but its what I think so I just write down it .I don't think making Hindi national language gonna harm regional languages they are very strong and having great history.I just want India to be united and grow by taking pride in there own culture and languages in place of foreign one.I have nothing against English its a global language but I not want it spread on cost of Indian culture and languages.

TCS CEO: No big hiring this year

Posted by No Filter Post on 20:31 with No comments
this article is copied from Techgig.com

The slowdown in hiring by IT companies is expected to keep entry-level salaries stagnant over the next couple of years.

Hiring is slowing down largely because IT companies have nearly 30% of their employees on the bench (those without projects to work on), and the global demand for IT is not expected to rise significantly in the near future. It is also slowing down thanks to initiatives by IT companies to automate more of their processes.

Lakshmi Narayanan, vice-chairman of Cognizant, noted that salary levels of engineering graduates had been almost flat in the last three to four years. "In the future, there could even be downward pressure as many companies have started hiring non-engineering graduates for some of the engineering roles," he said.

The IT sector offers Rs 2.5-5 lakh as salaries for entry level engineers with the median salary at Rs 3.5 lakh. Every year, India produces around 10 lakh engineering graduates, of which 2 lakh are recruited by IT companies.

N Chandrasekaran, CEO of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), said TCS typically does 60% of its yearly hiring from campuses. "Overall, hiring has slowed down. It's all about demand and supply and will vary from company to company and their order book. This year, people will not recruit in large numbers for two reasons. In the last two years, the growth rate has not been good and the utilization levels have come down. Since the last two years were not good, companies are cautious this year," he said.

Ganesh Natarajan, CEO of Zensar Technologies, said the hiring outlook remained muted as supply had outstripped demand. "Entry level salaries could remain flat. There is a perception that industry salaries went up by 12% this fiscal, but the reality is that it has gone up by 6% and entry-level salaries have been flat," he said.

21413 Happy Valentines Day

Posted by No Filter Post on 05:20 with No comments
Today is valentine day a day of dedicated to love. I think it is very nice occasions because it provides a casual opportunity to express love to someone. But some narrow minded people oppose it and say its not good for our Indian culture , its vulgar etc... they always relate it with sex and i think that is why I have denoted them as narrow minded.
I think we should take it in positive way and we all know in this universe love is beyond of all thing its most wonderful thing . Love is the solution of everything when people loves each other then everything will be good in between them then it is not a concern what they belief they start respecting each other.
Frankly speaking I have no experience of love i just learned it from movies and stories but i find its wonderful thing. We have to not see love as a relation between male and female we should consider it as human relationship this include all family love, friendship, and your life partner.
Once I heard SRK's interview. At that time he was busy in promotion of his upcoming film Jab Tak Hai Jaan . A reporter ask to him why yash chopra always use to make romantic movie and he answered it by stating this actually he don't make romantic movie, he makes  movie on human relationship.
Some people of our country assume its a symbol  of western culture so we should not celebrate it  that is OK if you think like this don't celebrate but remember one more thing don't oppose it. you are free to accept it or avoid so allow others also if they want to celebrate then they can. I have seen on this several political group and social groups start opposing .
And I also thinks if people thinks love and valentine as sex then there is a big problem in society we should understand the true meaning of love. we should improve our thought and start respecting everyone because i feel respect is the thing which makes a better and solid relationship.
Happy valentines Day

Frameworks

Posted by No Filter Post on 00:26 with No comments

What is Frameworks?
Framework is set of reusable software program that forms the basis for an application. Frameworks helps the programmers to build the application quickly. Earlier it was very hard to develop complex web applications. Now its very easy to develop such application using different kinds of frameworks such as Struts, Struts 2, Hibernate,  JSF, Tapestry, JUnit, Log4j, Spring etc.
In Java technology there are so many frameworks that helps the programmers to build complex applications easily. You can choose these frameworks for building your applications.
Software Framework
Framework software in computer system is a layered structure that indicates what kind of program should be built and how they would interrelate to one another. In computer system, a framework is a conceptual structure that sometime includes actual programs, which specify programming interface or offer programming tools for using the frameworks.

A framework may be for a set of functions within a system, the layers of an operating system, the layers of an application subsystem that specify how to correlate at some level of network and so on. In general term, we can say that a framework is more comprehensive than a protocol and more prescriptive than a structure.
Like software libraries, frameworks are reusable abstractions of code within a well-defined API, but distinctive feature separate them from libraries or normal user applications:
Inversion of control – The framework completely controls the flow of the programs while in libraries, the caller or user controls the flow the programs not the libraries.
Default behavior - A framework has a default behavior. This default behavior must actually be some useful behavior and not a series of no-ops.
Extensibility - Through selective overriding or specialized user code, a framework can be extended to achieve specific function.
Non-modifiable framework code - The framework code is rigid and modification is not allowed in it. It can be extended but not modified.
AdvantageThe biggest advantage of the software framework is that it reduces the time and energy in developing any software. Frameworks provides a standard working system through which user can develop the desired module of application or complete application instead of developing lower level details. Using frameworks, the developers can devote more time in developing the software requirement, not in preparing the environment and tools of application development.
Disadvantage
For the novice user, it is tougher to use the framework quickly as it is big and complex abstract and user has to spend more time in assessing the concept, function and its uses in developing the program, which enhances the development but after learning how to use it efficiently, it becomes easier and quicker to develop any program, module of application.
Another disadvantage is that a generic ‘one-size-fits-all’ does not work so efficiently for any specific software. There is need to extend framework with specific code to develop any specific software.
ExamplesSoftware frameworks support and enhance the efficiency and productivity of the application development but it faces some problems in some specific domains like:
  • Artistic drawing, music composition, and mechanical CAD
  • Compilers for different programming languages and target machines
  • Financial modeling applications
  • Earth system modeling applications
  • Decision support systems
  • Media playback and authoring
  • Web applications
  • Middleware
ArchitectureFramework architecture consists of frozen spots and hot spots (a virtual name), which are the basic components. The frozen spots define the overall architecture of a software system while hot spots represent those parts where the programmers add their own code to add the functionality specific to their own projects using framework.
In an object-oriented environment, a framework consists of abstract and concrete classes. Instantiation of such a framework consists of composing and subclassing the existing classes.
When developing a concrete software system with a software framework, developers utilize the hot spots according to the specific needs and requirements of the system that means the user-defined classes (for example, new subclasses), receive messages from the predefined framework classes. Developers usually handle this by implementing superclass abstract methods.

It was one of the nice Sunday since last few months. Today met to one of the close friend of mine sumit , nice to meet him after a long time it feels very good when you are meeting with your close friend after a while. we talked about our career and what else we can do in that very limited hours .
Well overall it was good.
today visited CST after long time , and seen the market close to CST and churchgate . People were selling the cloths and other goods on the footpath  with very cheap price and i was little bit astonished when i saw foreigners are  also buying the goods from there. Overall its a nice place if you don't have much money then you can buy cloths and other thing from here but you have to be little bit smart also because the salesperson normally told you just doubled price so beware for this , and i thing goods are OK.
After all i taken train from CST to bhandup . and troubling in local train is always annoying for me so much crowd was there oooooh crowd ...it doesn't seems good at all. But anyway totally it was nice day . Population is the biggest problem of India isn't it .

how to customize you window logon screen?

Posted by No Filter Post on 23:37 with No comments
Today I'm going to tell about how to customize you window logon screen yeah yes you can do it . By default Microsoft have set a picture over there but by using this simple trick we can change the logon image to whatever we want .
STEPS:

This method will require you to modify the registry, and if that puts a knot in your stomach, you should move on to the next section.
Step 1: Open the Windows Start menu and enter regedit into the search bar.
Step 2: Right click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and select Find.
Step 3: Search for OEMBackground, which should be in Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\Background. If the key does not exist, add a new DWORD value with the name OEMBackground.
Step 4: Double click on the entry OEMBackground, and change the value from 0 to 1.
Step 5: Open Windows Explorer and go to the following path: %windir%\system32\oobe.
Step 6: Create a new folder named info, and open it.
Step 7: Create a new folder within info named backgrounds.
Step 8: Rename your desired wallpaper as backgroundDefault.jpg and place it inside the folder backgrounds (images must be less than 245KB in size).
That should do the trick, now just lock your PC, log off or reboot and enjoy.
if you are facing some trouble regarding this then feel free to post your problem in the below comment box. Thanks

How to get rid of mosquitoes through computer?

Posted by No Filter Post on 01:18 with No comments
Today while using internet i got this idea on a website .
have you ever thought you can get rid of mosquitoes with your laptop it seems to be funny .

Now Stop using Chemical based Insecticides to kill Mosquitoes and
Download any of these given Anti Mosquito Software and Programs to repel those annoying insects and be safe and greener .

How does it works?

Dragonflies are the mortal enemy of mosquitoes and during there flight they generate sound frequencies between 67 Hz and 45Hz (depending upon their size) .So ,In those frequencies ,56Hz is a good average number.

So we will try to generate a sound in between this range and there are many sound generator software available . So download any and set up your pc and play the sound .

So what we are going to do is generating a sound of 56Hz from our Speakers which will repel and keep them away and sounds of this frequency also kills all those insects .

Here are some links to more advanced tone generator software which can actually sweep between the 45 Hz and 67 Hz frequencies :
